We take all your wonderful plans and create timelines, floorplans, and manage all logistics of the day so that you can relax and enjoy your big celebration!
This service also known as Month/Day-of Coordination is for the hands-on bride who has hired all or most of their vendors and needs the help of a professional coordinator the day of the wedding to bring it all together. We start this process 45 days out, with plenty of time to help execute your wedding vision, contact all your vendors prior to the big day, and fully prepare everyone and you with the essential tools for a seamless wedding day.
- Initial Consultation in Person or by Phone.
- Unlimited email and phone communication during normal office hours (after hours by appointment).
- Exclusive Discounts on Minted Wedding Invitations and Save the Dates
- Eight to Ten Hours of Onsite Coordination day of event
- One on-site walk-through 30 days before the wedding
- Rehearsal Coordination (one hour)
- Provide Vendor Recommendations if needed
- Vendor Management for set-up and breakdown (rentals, linens, photographer, entertainment, etc.)
- Confirm all vendor contract details such as set-up times, pick-up and deliveries, etc.
- Basic décor set-up (guest book, memory table, seating chart, table numbers, etc.)
- Create Timeline Management (cake cutting, first dances, toasts, etc.)
- Monthly “check-in’s on your progress to ensure your planning is on track.
- Point of contact between vendors 45 days prior to the date of the event
- Payment and gratuity distribution on the day of the wedding, if requested
- Provide advice for wedding day etiquette.
- Create a floor plan (schematic) of your reception. (if venue does not provide)
- Pack up of Couples personal items. (we do not strip table linens or trash left on tables)
- Gift Management (packing up and ensuring safe delivery to a family member)
Writing some thank you notes today and saved the best for last. Mostly because I don’t even know where to begin. Thank you for guiding us through this process during such a chaotic time to a day more perfect and magical than we could’ve imagined or hoped for during even the best of times. Thank you for working tirelessly and endlessly to make sure everything was perfect while we enjoyed one of the happiest days of our family’s lives.
